The importance of breakfast

Starting the day with a nutritious breakfast can provide some of the essential nutrients you need, especially as many cereals are fortified with vitamins and minerals.

If you skip breakfast, you may get hungrier mid-morning. Rather than skipping the meal, start the day with a nutritious breakfast and if you can't make time for it, keep a box of your favorite cereal at work. You can still eat good food on the go!
